Desktop Art

Just changed my desktop photo or background image to this. I also let my desktop art folder be my screen saver. Let your computer be your own personal art gallery.

IPhone Wallpaper

I am a firm believer that you should use your own photos as backgrounds on your computers and even your phone. I also keep a file of these photos that I have collected over the years and that file is used as my screensaver. I took this photo with my iPhone and I proceeds it with the TiltShiftGen App. We all should take more photos, share more photos and enjoy our photos.

School Closing Snow

While I was shooting this photo on Monday the University closed. Got this photo with my Canon G11 P&S camera. The original raw file has very little color but I much prefer it with a sepia tone. Hence another desktop image is created.

Desktop Art

Today, I changed my desktop photo to the image above.

I am a passionate believer that you should create your own desktop art with the photos that you make. I uploaded my entire desktop art collection to flickr and it is free for you to see just click on the link. If you see something you like, download it and display it on your own computer. If you find something, I would love to hear about it in the comments section. Please note that most of these files are rather low in resolution since I only use them to display on my computer monitor.

Desk Top Art

Shot this photo last week with my P&S digital camera. It has been a while since I have had a new photo that I really liked for my desktop.

Desktop Art

I got this photo while attempting to shoot a squirrel hoping across the front lawn. I was using my trusty P&S camera and it was resting on the ground which made focusing on the squirrel hard. This photo was one of my focusing mistakes. I liked it and if you look closely you can see the squirrel grossly out of focus in the background.

Desk Top Photos

I came in to work this morning after giving my Photography Final Exam and this photo was on my desktop. My student Noah took this with his new Leica the other day while we were working on a secret project. He just scanned the film last night and left this as a surprise for me to find. This is the first time I have had a guest desktop photo artist and I really like the photo.
