Zambian President Levy Mwanawasa


Tonight the President of Zambia spoke on campus as an American Studies Distinguished Lecturer. Dr Burks presented him with an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree. This isn't the photo of the presentation but I just liked the blue in this photo.

No that the blue background isn't nice...I just don't know this guy....
