01-18-2014 Jump Shots and Free Throws

 Jalen hit this jump shot to put the wildcats up by three.  Needless to say those were huge points.

The game was won at the free throw line.  Jalen hit his two here and a bunch of others hit clutch free throws,  Over the christmas break I spent some time with a few of these guys and I taught them a mantra that always helped me shooting free throws.

#1   I am the only person in the gym

#2   I visualize the ball falling into the goal right over the front edge of the rim.

It is so rewarding to watch these guys play and whether they hit free throws or not I will always be proud of them.
