Banana Bread





This weekend I took all the old bananas out of the freezer and made banana bread. I have always been inspired by Emeril and encouragement to "kick things up a notch."
I used chocolate chips and a few dark chocolate chips to kick my banana bread up a few notches. Unfortunately, I made a double batch and I was two bananas short so it was good but a little short on the banana flavor.
