I taught class Thursday morning and we reviewed photos from an assignment I had given them on Tuesday. They had to show me three photos from the Bible Lectureships that were going on on campus this week. There were some pretty good shots. During class my student worker Craig texted me that Thursday was muffin chapel. One day in the spring and one day in the fall is muffin chapel. They do a quick devo in chapel and dismiss everyone to the plaza in front of the Benson to enjoy muffins for breakfast. When I left class I went to photograph muffin chapel. I had my Canon Powershot S5 with me and I got some good shots. As I was leaving I noticed this flower bed that was in front of the Pryor -England Science building was full of blooming flowers and that there were butterflies everywhere. I put my Canon into macro mode and I got some really closeups of those butterflies.
